Javier Padilla, Staff Writer
Javier Padilla is a junior at Newport Harbor High School and a staff writer for the Beacon. He is also a defensive linemen on the junior varsity football team. Javier is also very interested in soccer and watches regularly as a Barcelona fan. After high school, he plans to continue with football, starting with community college play for the first two years and moving on to a bigger school afterward. Despite starting so recently, he has built a passion for the sport.
