NHHS Presents: Dinner Theater

NHHS Presents: Dinner Theater

Everyone loves a night of good food and entertainment. That is why you should definitely experience the Newport Harbor High School Theater Department’s Dinner Theater. Dinner Theater is a collection of one-act plays put on by theater students, performed in the Black Box Theater at NHHS. As well as watching fantastic plays, guests also enjoy a delicious meal cooked by Newport Harbor High School’s Culinary Arts students. This year’s lineup of shows includes Members of a Family by Joseph D’Aquino, Italian American Reconciliation by John Patrick Shanley, When Shakespeare’s Ladies Meet by Charles George, and Who I Was, a musical written by NHHS sophomore Kennedy Givens. These shows encompass a wide variety of topics from love and heartbreak to comedy and the true meaning of family. Dinner Theater premieres on December 6th and will run until December 8th. Tickets will be on sale soon at nhhstheater.com, as well as at the ASB window. To stay tuned on all things NHHS Theater, including our spring play, Peter and the Starcatcher, and our spring musical, Little Shop of Horrors, follow NHHS Drama on Instagram (@nhhs.drama) or sign up for the NHHS Theater’s newsletter on their website (nhhstheater.com).
